Come Join Me in My HIIT Class
High-intensity interval training (HIIT),  is an enhanced form of interval training, an exercise strategy alternating periods of short intense anaerobic exercise with less-intense recovery periods. HIIT is a form of cardiovascular exercise.  These workouts are short, and intense to provide improved athletic capacity and condition, improved glucose metabolism, and improved fat burning. This workout usually burns 550 calories in about 40 minutes.  

Personal Assessments will be done prior to your first class. Please schedule apointment ahead of time.

Free Weights
Bands
Stability Ball (Bring only on Thursdays)
Mat
Water Bottle
